Sessions are fully customized. What I bring depends on what you need: how you're holding tension, what's restricted, what's sensitive, how much pressure is useful. The modalities below are the tools I draw from.
-
The foundation of most sessions. Long, flowing strokes that improve circulation and bring the nervous system down. Often where we start, sometimes all we need.
-
Sustained pressure into the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Useful for chronic tension patterns, postural issues, and areas that haven't responded to lighter work. Not about pain — about precision.
-
Slow, sustained work with the fascia — the connective tissue that wraps and links everything. Particularly effective for mobility restrictions, old injuries, and patterns that feel stuck.
-
Pre- and post-activity work to prepare muscles or support recovery. Also useful for people who train regularly and accumulate repetitive strain over time.

About
I've been doing this work for over twenty years. I trained formally in massage therapy and have spent most of my career refining what I do — not expanding in every direction, but going deeper into the modalities that actually help people.
I work best with clients who have something specific going on: a shoulder that hasn't been right since a fall, chronic tension that regular massage hasn't touched, a body that's been through a lot and needs someone who pays attention. I'm strong, patient, and I don't work on a clock once I'm with you.
I work with a small number of clients, almost entirely by referral. If someone who knows me sent you here, I'd be glad to hear from you.
